If your flowers don't perform the way they should and you've done your bit by looking after them, then simply get in touch with us within 5 days from purchase and we will replace them for you, for Free.

There will be some flowers like soft and seasonal flowers that are excluded from this but we can advise you at point of sale, please ask us if you are in doubt.
