WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
We are located next to Flowerhub at Unit 2-6 Carlyle St Slacks Creek 4127

WHEN ARE WE OPEN?
7 Days a week but Florists are not available for all of the times.
Full Florist availability is on Weekdays: 8am to 4pm and Saturdays: 8am to 12pm.

Grab & Go shopping (IE: pop in and buy whatever is already made up) is available Monday to Thursday: 4pm to 5pm & Sunday: Midday to 5pm.

ARE WE A PUBLIC FLOWER MARKET?
Yes, Southside Flower Market is a public flower market proudly serving the community of Logan City and South Brisbane.

DO WE OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Yes we do to the local area of Logan City and Brisbane.

CAN I ORDER MY WEDDING WITH YOU?
Southside Flower Market does Full make up weddings or also D.I.Y weddings -supply only. You may even wish for a half done for you and half D.I.Y? Nothings a problem for us.If you want to buy for D.I.Y its best to either come in and see us TUE to SAT or phone us on 1300 88 61 71.

We do not do installations and set ups. 

DO WE DO FUNERAL CASKET SPRAYS?
Southside Flower Market works closely with many funeral homes in our city and we have some of the most competatively priced casket sprays around.

WHAT AREAS DO WE DELIVER TO?
Southside Flower Market delivers to all of Logan City, throughout the greater Brisbane area including Ipswich, Toowoomba, Sunshine & Gold Coasts.

DO WE OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO OTHER PLACES?
(For areas including Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Beaudesert, Mt Tamborine, Balina, Lismore & Byron Bay)

Yes we do if ordered before 2pm day prior for a next weekday delivery.
Mt Tambo is MON WED FRI only.

CAN I ORDER AHEAD?
Yes, you can forward order or Order Ahead upto 365 days in advance.

DO YOU USE EXTERNAL DELIVERY PARTNERS?
We have our own van and truck that will do set runs and we also use external delivery partners. Our delivery partners are tried and tested service providers.

DO WE SELL WHOLESALE?
Yes, we have a Trade Pass program for industry and trade buyers.

ARE FUR BABIES ALLOWED IN THE MARKET?
Yes, we welcome your Furr babies as well as human ones

DO YOU PROVIDE A BABY CHANGE TABLE?
Yes, we have a change table. We love Babies as we are a family business.

IS THE FLOWER MARKET ACCESSABLE?
Yes. We currently use our factory big roller door for accesable entrance as we are currently in the planning stage of installing a new ramp at our smaller entrance roller door to cater for easier access.

ARE YOUR RESTROOMS NON BINARY?
Yes, we have 1 restroom that is Gender Neutral

DO YOU HAVE A DEFIBRILLATOR ONSITE?
Yes, we have a defibrillator installed in a protective cabinet on our wall next to our internal roller door.

IS CARPARKING AVAILABLE?
There are 5 car park spaces available inside our driveway and also on street parking.

WHAT IS THE EASIEST DAY FOR PARKING?
Saturdays are the easiest day for parking as there is alot of street parking available.

CAN I CATCH PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO THE FLOWER MARKET?
The closest bus stop is at the IKEA shopping complex. It would be a 10 minute walk up and down a couple of hills.

WHAT ARE OUR NORMAL DELIVERY HOURS?
Because we cover such a big area, times are varied by courier partner.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE TO GUARANTEE SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY?
If you need your flowers delivered today then for same day delivery in Logan City & Brisbane, orders must be placed by 2pm (AEST) Monday - Friday to guarantee same day delivery excluding Public Holidays or until capacity of delivery is reached. We use a "slots" system in our online store and this helps cap the number of deliveries to match up with courier capacity.

CAN I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF LOGAN CITY & BRISBANE?

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER DELIVERY?
Southside Flower Market cannot normally guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
All orders to businesses will be delivered by C.O.B - Close of Business.

DO YOU SMS THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?
If you would like us to sms the recipient on approach you can get us to do that by putting a note in the "delivery notes" field on the order page. 

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITALS?
Southside flower Market delivers to Logan Hospital, QE2, PA, Greenslopes, Mater, St Andrews and all other major hospitals. It is not possible to use an Uber to goto hospitals as they flowers have to be taken up to the ward.

Please ensure your recipient is at the hospital for the entire delivery day as we cannot gaurantee a time if they are being discharged.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS AT HOME WHEN DELIVERY IS MADE?
If the recipient is not at home when the delivery arrives it will be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our courier deem it safe to do so. If there is concern by the courier they will advise us and we will call you to work something out. Additional charges may apply.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SUPPLIED DELIVERY DETAILS ARE INCORRECT?
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect additional charges may apply to remake the flowers and arrange a re-delivery. Please make sure the address is correct when you order, and check the order confirmation email when it is received.If you've made a mistake, please get in touch with us straight away.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
It is normally not possible to do so once we have dispatched it with our courier partner. Call us to discuss on 1300 88 61 71.

CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
If you've ordered online, we will manually click delivered once the delivery has been executed and you will receive a notificaiton via sms or email, depending on what you provided at the time of the order process. If this is important to you, please write it in the notes that you want to be advised once delivered.
