We will post the voucher to your recipient with your message inviting them to come in & Browse the flowers. This will be done on the next business day from your purchase.

The voucher gets you/your recipient:-

• A nice voucher posted out to them in a branded envelope.
• Flexible. no rush. There is a long 1 year expiry on it.
• Rolling value. If your recipient only spends part of the amount, we will adjust and leave the remainder on the voucher for them to use next time.
  
• Pls Note that the voucher is only redeemable for IN PERSON shopping when physically presenting the voucher as a form of payment. Not possible online.
• Vouchers are not tracked or linked to an account meaning if lost it is not replaceable and any unused portion is forfeited.
• Not exchangeable for cash.
